WHAT IS PSD - Moving Forward From Trauma
PSD is about emotional healing and freedom: Freedom from life-long negative moods, feelings, and behavioural patterns; including deep and lasting help in the healing of trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity and inappropriate anger issues; as well as freedom to be more open, loving, joyful, centred, creative, and spontaneous.
Compassion: The capacity to be present and loving in the face of suffering, of yourself and others, such that healing is induced, helping you to become a compassionate leader in your life.
Spiritual Awakening: The ability to consistently connect with one’s inner wisdom and loving spiritual aspect; knowing from within that one is on a path of healing and contribution.
Our early upbringing has a profound effect on our lives, shaping our self–image, attitudes, moods and behaviour. We develop survival strategies and ways of being as a result of this conditioning. When our negative behaviours don’t produce the love we want and need, we can blame not only ourselves but also others.
PSD teaches us how to release and resolve the persistent negative feelings of being unloved and unlovable. We examine the major influences on our lives, trace the root of the adopted negativity, and release the pain, grief, anger, shame and resentment that has been stored there for years.
The ultimate aim of Yoga and the Process is to help everyone reach forgiveness and acceptance for themselves and others. This allows for a more compassionate approach to personal relationships and family life, and yourself.
Whether you choose to do the process as a rite of passage, a journey of self-discovery or a way of laying to rest the ghosts of your trauma, there is no doubt you will experience a future different from your past.
The Process provides a safe and supportive environment in which you can first confront and experience your trauma, resentment and anger, and then progress to fuller understanding, compassion and forgiveness.
The approach uses a unique combination of proven techniques, including guided visualisation and relaxation, private yoga classes and supported meditation. You will be led through a carefully structured sequence of powerful experiences that enable you to discover, isolate, and resolve negative conditioning and recover your natural self-confidence and self-esteem.

Personal development is like how you nurture of a plant. If you don’t recognize the importance of personal development, you will continue living through life’s hard circumstances feeling like a victim instead of a victor. You will stick to your belief that you cannot do something to change and improve your situation. As such, you will continue complaining and being negative with almost everything in your life. You will constantly feel lost with your own life purpose, struggling to find who you are and what you want to become.

In the workshops together with a combination of personal discussion and physical yoga postures to help open the body emotions and the subconscious mind with guided relaxation, and personal mental exercises we will create a deeper understanding of who we are, what we are doing, and where we might be heading!

Personal development is a vital part in a person’s growth, maturity, success and fulfilment. It is the foundation of emotional maturity and intelligence,having better relationship with self and others,inner happiness, success and well-being.
Unfortunately, however, not everyone is aware of the importance of personal development. It wasn't given much attention at home, work or in school. People give more importance to academic and professional achievement rather than personal growth. This has caused a lot of emotional struggles that many people go through in life because they lack the personal skills which are crucial to one’s success and happiness. Such lack of self-understanding and disconnected from self blocks one’s ability to live an enjoyable, happy and successful life.
