This program is about making a deeper connection with yourself working with  your life purpose.  

The word spirit and soul can be a taboo subject, but keep in mind that we will not be covering any religion creed or faith. Spiritual beauty can be developed, regardless of whether a person practices no religion or any religion. Spirituality is about your own inner connection with yourself.


Spiritual growth is the process of connecting with your sense of self. Who  you are and being consciousness  of your self, and connecting with purpose.

The word soul can be very misunderstood  but through some very focused meditation  and structured yoga using the mind instead of the just the body will allow us to make the mental connections to the body and learn how to use both mind and body to create that what we need for ourselves and start to eliminate some of the negative habits and thinking which holds us back from reaching our full potential.

Spiritual growth and development helps you know more about yourself.  When we change the way we see ourselves we then can begin to change the way we see the world around us.

Not only do we become positive and more optimistic about our life and our future, we are able to set targets and learn how to achieve those targets through the right thinking process through some practical exercises. as a result we will find focus , purpose direction and become happier calmer and more purposeful in our living .

Personal spirituality is not about changing the world - it is about changing yourself and your world.

We will explore and work with various techniques , including fusing the meditation in with the yoga practice with clear directions for you to create the links with yourself.

The program  includes a yoga beginners course, even though you may have practiced yoga before, this beginners course is specifically structured and tailor made to address your body and what it can and cannot do.

All sessions are followed with a deep individual personal relaxation.
