Yoga therapy sometimes needs to include a variety of approaches or a combination of techniques as sometimes people do have more than one part of themselves and their body that they may wish to work with.
These can include the use of physical movements and specific yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, stress reduction and relaxation techniques.

We offer a 5 week program this is run over 5 private sessions , where we will explore and work with various techniques , including fusing the meditation breathing techniques and working with that ever it may be specifically aimed at working with what you may need.
The program also can includes a yoga beginners course, even though you may have practiced yoga before, this beginners course is specifically structured and tailor made to address your body and what it can and cannot do.
